***This is a different country than you are used to. Going alone may be challenging. I am familiar with DR and I know a lot of people. I will help you every step of the way.  You need someone to help you get your medications, I'll contact your family after surgery, and make sure that your taken care of at your appointments. I will hold your hand and comfort you when you need the motivation. After surgery is very tough dealing with the pain and getting around. Ill help you with everything you need. Always good to have extra security in knowing your well taken care of in an unfamiliar place.
